Trevor

Lurcher , Male , 9 years 8 months old

About  Trevor...

The lovely Trevor came into Animal Care via the dog pound and therefore very little is currently known about him and his history. He is a friendly boy who is super excited to see the staff every morning. Poor old Trevor only has 3 legs which again we are unsure as to when or why it happened. A few month ago we noticed he was struggling to walk as far as he would normally go so we were advised by our vets to have X-rays. this showed a very small nick at the bottom of his spine possibly due to wear and tear. Trevor has since been placed onto pain killers which help him but can have side effects. He needs to be the only animal in his new home and with adults only who are experienced with reactive dogs. Despite having 3 legs he is a very strong boy. The staff walk Trevor with a muzzle at all times due to his pray drive and dislike towards some dogs, this would need to be continued by his new owners. Trevor is always happy to say hello to everyone, he loves to play and is desperate for someone to give him a chance.
