Luna is a very complicated young lady who finds simple things very difficult to cope with. She’s looking for a new home with a very experienced owner who can help her with her list of issues. Luna is good with other dogs and would be happy to live with another dog; she dislikes children and can become very stressed around them if approached by children she doesn’t know she will snap. Luna is very well behaved in the kennel with us, and we don’t see many issues but when she is placed in a home all her behavioural issues are heightened. She will chase cars on a walk, shadow chase in the home; she is not house trained and finds it hard to settle. We feel Luna would be better on a farm or small holding where she can do her own thing and not feel stressed. Luna LOVES to play ball and will do anything for a tennis ball she loves a cuddle and is very affectionate, if you own a farm or small holding which would be safe for Luna to enjoy the outside life that most collies are designed for, please give us a call.
The Animal Behaviour section listed here is a guide only and is formed by staff observations within the time the animal has been present. It is not definitive and therefore prospective owners should monitor behaviour of the animal in their own environment and form judgements of suitability.
